Brownies have always been a crowd pleaser. They can be made plain, chunky, gooey or cakey. Everyone has a preference when it comes to these chocolatey squares! If you’re new to Gluten-Free and/or Vegan Baking, Brownies are the easiest desserts to start with.
Most Brownie recipes call for a 1 bowl mix method. Once you’re done mixing the batter, pour into a tray and bake for 30 mins at 175 degrees. Half an hour later, you’ve got delectable treats to enjoy on your own or with friends. This weekend I made brownies for a new customer. These were Gluten-Free and Vegan, meaning it is 100% plant-based and wheat free. I decided to do a little photoshoot test with my box of goodies, to rehearse for an upcoming interview and video feature. I’ve posted this up on Instagram (@thefugiotvebaker). Follow me and let me know what you think? 😊
